Jeeves and the Song of Songs

2019

This is a 50-minute stage adaptation of the story about Bertie Wooster being persuaded to sing “Sonny Boy” in front of an East End audience consisting of “a million costermongers, with a sprinkling of whelk stall attendants, purveyors of blood oranges, and minor pugilists.”

It features not just Jeeves and Bertie, but both the famous aunts, as well as Tuppy Glossop, Cora Bellenger, and others. It was first performed by Garden Suburb Theatre in 2019.

Jeeves and the Song of Songs was performed by Garden Suburb Theatre in North London in 2019, and is only available to amateur companies, under the terms of the license granted by the P.G, Wodehouse estate.
